REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At IMANI, we have a no-returns policy, which means that refunds are not provided to you once an order has been placed. All items undergo quality checks before being dispatched to ensure immaculate condition upon arrival. Refunds will also not be issued for items that have been damaged due to try-ons.

Exchanges can only be made if the wrong color or item was sent or you no longer desire that item anymore, provided that it is initiated within 7 days. Items must be un-used and in the same condition as those sent to you.

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are securely processed. Shipping details, including costs and delivery times, are outlined during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays or damages during transit. Tracked shipping: all orders will be shipped with tracking; please find your tracking number provided in the email sent to you. In the rare cases where parcels do get lost, we will not be able to refund you on an order above £20, as our parcels are only insured up to that amount.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handed over to the courier and is no longer in our control. Delivery times are only an estimate and can take longer depending on external circumstances.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Upon the arrival of the packages in your country, customers are responsible for any incurred customs charges. We recommend checking and adhering to local customs regulations. IMANI bears no liability for these charges
